TITLEBRICK – CREDIT & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

1. Purpose

This policy explains the terms applicable to Credits, Notice Unlock Services, Premium Subscriptions and other paid features offered through TitleBrick by Advait Developers Private Limited.

2. Credits

Credits are virtual access units provided to Users for accessing certain premium features, including notice unlocks, archived information, processed data, reports or other paid services. Credits do not represent money, wallet balance, investment, security or any financial instrument.

3. Digital Service

The Platform provides digital information services and does not sell or transfer ownership of any underlying government records, public documents or proprietary data. Credits are solely a mechanism for accessing digital services provided by the Platform.

4. Credit Purchase

Users may purchase Credits through available payment methods. Credit purchase is subject to successful payment confirmation and applicable payment gateway processes.

5. Nature of Credits

Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, unless required under applicable law.

6. Notice Unlock Service

Notice Unlock provides access to restricted, premium, archived, structured or enhanced information available on the Platform. Once a User consumes Credits to unlock information, the transaction shall be treated as completed.

7. No Reversal of Unlock

Unlocked notices, records, reports or premium information cannot be reversed or restored after successful consumption of Credits.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds shall generally not be provided after Credits are successfully delivered or a digital feature has been accessed, except where required by applicable law or due to verified technical failure attributable to the Platform.

9. Subscription Plans

Premium Subscription may include recurring plans, membership plans, enterprise plans or other paid packages. Features, duration, pricing and limitations shall be displayed at the time of purchase.

10. Subscription Renewal

Where auto-renewal is enabled, subscription renewal and payment processing will be governed by the terms displayed during purchase. Users may manage cancellation according to available Platform settings.

11. Payment Issues

In case of failed, delayed or disputed payments, Users shall coordinate with the payment gateway and Platform support team. The Company is not responsible for failures caused by banks, gateways or third-party systems.

12. Misuse Prevention

The Company may apply reasonable controls against fraud, abuse, bulk misuse, account sharing, scraping, unauthorized access or any activity affecting Platform security.

13. Changes

The Company may modify pricing, plans, Credit structure, features or availability of paid services by providing appropriate notice.

14. Acceptance

By purchasing Credits or Subscriptions, Users acknowledge and agree to this policy along with TitleBrick Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

15. Source of Information

Information made available through the Platform may be sourced from publicly available records, government databases, third-party sources or proprietary compilations. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, the Company does not guarantee that all information is complete, current or free from errors.

Information available through the Platform shall not constitute legal advice, title certification, legal opinion, due diligence report or professional advice. Users should independently verify all information before relying upon it.

17. Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access to any paid feature where it reasonably believes that the User has violated the Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted unauthorized access or misused the Platform.

18. Taxes

All prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable GST or other statutory levies shall be charged separately where required under applicable law.

19. Payment Gateway

The Company uses independent third-party payment service providers. Processing of payments shall be subject to the terms, privacy policies and conditions of such payment service providers. The Company shall not be responsible for delays, failures or errors attributable to banks, card networks, payment gateways or other third-party payment systems.

20. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure in providing paid services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including system failures, cyber incidents, government actions, internet outages or force majeure events.Owned and operated by: Advait Developers Private Limited.

21 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any purchase of Credits, subscriptions or digital services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

22. Property Information Disclaimer

Information made available through TitleBrick is intended to assist Users in conducting preliminary property-related research. The Platform does not certify ownership, marketable title, encumbrance status, legality of construction, governmental approvals or the legal validity of any property transaction. Users should obtain independent legal, technical and financial due diligence before entering into any transaction.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the same governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution provisions contained in the TitleBrick Terms & Conditions.
