TITLEBRICK - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
“Platform” shall mean the website, mobile applications, software systems, APIs, databases, tools, modules, dashboards, interfaces, services, and technologies operated under the brand name "TitleBrick", including all present and future features, functionalities, and offerings made available by the Company.
“Company” shall mean the legal entity owning, operating, managing, licensing, and administering the Platform.
“User” means any individual, advocate, property owner, purchaser, subscriber, enterprise customer, organization, or other person who accesses, browses, registers on, uploads content to, subscribes to, or otherwise uses the Platform.
“Survey Protection Service” means the monitoring service offered by the Platform through which Users may designate survey numbers, land identifiers, property identifiers, revenue records, or other property references for monitoring purposes.
“Notice Monitoring Service” means the service through which the Platform monitors, indexes, processes, classifies, and tracks publicly available notices, advertisements, announcements, publications, and related records from various sources.
“Alert Services”means email alerts, SMS alerts, WhatsApp alerts, push notifications, dashboard notifications, and any other communications generated by the Platform relating to monitored properties, notices, publications, announcements, or other monitored events.
“Credits”means the virtual units purchased, allocated, earned, granted, or otherwise made available to Users for accessing certain Platform features, notices, archives, unlock services, premium content, or other services.
“Premium Subscription”means any paid subscription plan, membership plan, enterprise plan, or recurring service package offered by the Company.
“Vault”means the digital document storage and management facility provided by the Platform through which Users may upload, organize, retain, access, or manage documents.
“Objection”means any objection, response, dispute, representation, claim, challenge, notice, communication, or submission made by a User in relation to a notice, public announcement, property, transaction, publication, or related matter.
“Public Announcement”means any public notice, declaration, publication, announcement, communication, legal notice, property notice, title clearance notice, or other publication submitted, displayed, monitored, indexed, or made available through the Platform.
“Advocate Directory”means any directory, listing, profile database, search facility, recommendation system, professional information repository, or advocate-related service available on the Platform.
“Property Listing” means any property-related advertisement, listing, notice, information, description, metadata, publication, announcement, or record displayed on the Platform.
“User Generated Content”means any content uploaded, submitted, transmitted, published, stored, displayed, posted, shared, or otherwise made available by Users through the Platform.
“Historical Notice Archive”means the searchable database, repository, archive, collection, storage system, index, or record of historical notices, advertisements, announcements, publications, and related materials maintained by the Platform.
“Notice Unlock Service” means any service through which Users may obtain access to restricted, archived, premium, processed, enhanced, structured, or otherwise limited notice information using Credits, subscriptions, or other authorized methods.
“Monitoring Watchlist”means the list of properties, survey numbers, notices, entities, locations, or identifiers selected by a User for monitoring purposes.
“Risk Score” means any analytical, algorithmic, automated, AI-generated, statistical, informational, predictive, or data-driven assessment generated by the Platform.
“Enterprise Services” means commercial, institutional, corporate, government, professional, or large-scale services provided by the Company to organizations.
“API Services” means application programming interfaces, integrations, data services, connectivity services, enterprise integrations, and related technological interfaces made available by the Company.
PLATFORM NATURE AND POSITIONING
Independent Information Platform
The Platform operates solely as an independent technology-based information aggregation, monitoring, indexing, archival, discovery, and alert service.All types of notices, including those relating to District, Taluka, Village, Cities, States, and Union Territories, as well as any notices or records associated with survey numbers under the Property Protection Service, shall be within the scope of the Platform’s monitoring, indexing, classification, and alerting framework.
No Government Affiliation
The Platform is an independent, privately operated technology platform owned, managed, and operated by Advait Developers Private Limited.
The Platform is not owned, operated, administered, affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, sponsored by, authorised by, connected with, or acting on behalf of any Government, Government Department, Revenue Authority, Land Records Authority, Registration Authority, Court, Tribunal, Municipality, Panchayat, Development Authority, Regulatory Authority, statutory body, public authority, governmental agency, Newspaper Publisher, Media House, or any other public or private institution, except where expressly disclosed pursuant to a separate written agreement.
Users acknowledge and agree that the Platform functions solely as an information aggregation, digitisation, monitoring, discovery, indexing, archival, and technology service provider. No information, record, notice, publication, search result, archive entry, alert, report, or other content made available through the Platform shall be construed as an official government record, certified extract, certified copy, legal certification, title certificate, ownership certificate, encumbrance certificate, official verification, governmental approval, regulatory endorsement, or legally binding determination of any kind.
No Affiliation with Newspapers or Publishers
Unless expressly stated through a written agreement, the Platform has no partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, endorsement arrangement, sponsorship arrangement, or commercial affiliation with any newspaper, publisher, publication house, media company, news organization, or advertising entity.
Public Data Aggregation and Discovery Service
The Platform may collect, aggregate, digitise, extract, organise, classify, standardise, index, archive, search, monitor, process, analyse, and display information derived from publicly available notices, public advertisements, newspaper publications, legal notices, public records, government publications, court publications, and other lawfully accessible public sources.
The Platform operates solely as a technology-enabled information discovery, monitoring, indexing, archival, and search service and does not create, issue, publish, certify, validate, or authenticate the underlying information contained in such sources.
The inclusion, availability, indexing, display, monitoring, classification, archival, retrieval, or accessibility of any information on the Platform shall not be construed as verification, authentication, validation, endorsement, certification, approval, confirmation of accuracy, confirmation of legality, confirmation of ownership, confirmation of title, confirmation of encumbrance status, or any other representation by the Company regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, validity, or legal effect of such information.
Independent Verification Requirement
Users shall independently review, verify, validate, and confirm all information, records, notices, publications, alerts, reports, classifications, search results, and other content available through the Platform by reference to the original source materials and, where appropriate, through newspapers, official records, government authorities, courts, registration authorities, revenue authorities, survey records, land records, title documents, encumbrance records, advocates, chartered professionals, and other qualified advisors before relying upon or acting on such information for any legal, financial, commercial, regulatory, investment, lending, acquisition, development, due diligence, title verification, ownership verification, or property-related purpose.
The User acknowledges and agrees that any decision, action, omission, transaction, investment, acquisition, lending activity, legal proceeding, commercial arrangement, or other course of conduct undertaken on the basis of information obtained from or made available through the Platform shall be solely at the User's own risk, and the Company shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, claim, liability, cost, expense, or consequence arising directly or indirectly from such reliance.
No Legal Advice
Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes legal advice, legal opinion, legal certification, legal representation, legal due diligence, or professional legal services.
No Title Verification
The Company does not verify property title, title chain, ownership chain, title marketability, title validity, title status, or title defects.
No Ownership Verification
The Company does not verify the ownership of any property, land, asset, right, interest, or entitlement.
No Encumbrance Verification
The Company does not verify mortgages, charges, liens, attachments, easements, claims, disputes, litigation, restrictions, encumbrances, or third-party rights affecting any property.
No Investment Advice
The Platform does not provide investment advice, financial advice, wealth management advice, asset management advice, or property investment recommendations.
No Property Transaction Participation
The Company is not a property broker, property dealer, real estate consultant, intermediary, transaction facilitator, title certifier, escrow agent, or transaction participant.
No Due Diligence Substitute
The Platform is not a substitute for legal due diligence, title investigation, property verification, advocate review, chartered accountant review, professional consultation, or independent verification.
Source Reference Disclaimer
The Platform may identify, reference, attribute, or display the names of newspapers, publications, journals, gazettes, media sources, public repositories, or other source materials from which information has been obtained. However, the Platform does not provide, host, reproduce, distribute, or guarantee access to the original newspaper publications, source documents, or third-party websites unless expressly stated otherwise. Any access to original source materials shall be subject to the terms, availability, and policies of the relevant third-party source.
GeographicalCoverage Disclaimer
The Platform may organise, classify, index, monitor, archive, and display information by reference to villages, talukas, cities, districts, states, union territories, survey numbers, property identifiers, and other geographical or administrative classifications. Such classifications are provided solely for convenience, searchability, and organisational purposes and do not constitute official governmental classifications, jurisdictional determinations, boundary confirmations, land record certifications, or authoritative geographical records.
LaunchTerritory & Expansion Rights
The Platform may initially be launched, operated, or made available in the State of Gujarat and may subsequently expand its services, coverage, monitoring activities, archives, databases, products, and functionalities to additional villages, talukas, cities, districts, states, union territories, or other jurisdictions at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company does not guarantee the availability, completeness, consistency, or continuity of services in any particular geographical area.
HISTORICAL ARCHIVE FRAMEWORK
Historical Archive Coverage and Availability:
The Company does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the Historical Notice Archive contains all notices, advertisements, publications, announcements, records, or historical materials published at any time.
Archive Coverage Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee uniform or comprehensive archive coverage. The availability of historical records within the Historical Notice Archive may be affected by factors including, without limitation, source availability, publication accessibility, archival preservation, digitization status, licensing and intellectual property restrictions, technological constraints, data quality issues, operational considerations, third-party dependencies, and the existence or condition of underlying historical records.
Source Availability Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee the continued availability of any archived content, as such availability is contingent upon the existence, accessibility, archival preservation, digitization status, licensing rights, and ongoing availability of underlying source materials maintained by newspapers, publishers, government authorities, archival repositories, and other third-party sources.
Archive Expansion Rights
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to expand, enhance, modify, reorganize, enrich, supplement, classify, or restructure the Historical Notice Archive at any time.
Archive Modification Rights
The Company reserves its right to modify, remove, edit, reclassify, correct, archive, merge, separate, update, suppress, or reorganize archive records at its sole discretion.
Original Source Prevails
In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, omission, conflict, error, variation, translation issue, classification issue, metadata issue, or interpretation issue, the original source publication shall prevail.
SURVEY PROTECTION AND ALERT SERVICES
Best-Effort Monitoring
Survey Protection Services, Notice Monitoring Services, Objection Monitoring Services, Alert Services, Monitoring Watchlists, and all related monitoring, detection, tracking, notification, and reporting services are provided strictly on a best-efforts basis. The Company does not represent, warrant, or guarantee the monitoring of every publication, the detection of every notice, objection, mutation entry, legal proceeding, claim, or other relevant event, uninterrupted monitoring, timely alert delivery, successful alert transmission, or complete database coverage.
Users acknowledge and agree that delays, omissions, inaccuracies, technical failures, communication failures, source limitations, publication delays, OCR failures, extraction failures, processing delays, indexing delays, system outages, human error, third-party failures, maintenance activities, force majeure events, and other operational or technological limitations may occur. Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for any missed, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, inaccessible, unsuccessful, or undelivered alerts, notifications, reports, monitoring results, publications, notices, objections, proceedings, opportunities, rights, remedies, transactions, or information of any nature whatsoever.
No Detection Guarantee
The Company does not guarantee that every notice, publication, announcement, advertisement, filing, objection, claim, or relevant event will be detected, identified, classified, monitored, processed, or reported.
No Publication Coverage Guarantee
The Company does not guarantee coverage of every newspaper, publication, gazette, journal, website, media source, government source, or information source.
No Alert Delivery Guarantee
The Company does not guarantee successful transmission, delivery, receipt, visibility, accessibility, timeliness, or availability of alerts.
Missed Alert Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for missed alerts, missed notices, missed publications, missed opportunities, missed objections, missed legal rights, missed transactions, or missed information.
Delayed Alert Disclaimer
Alerts may be delayed due to technical failures, telecommunications failures, processing delays, third-party failures, system maintenance, force majeure events, or other circumstances.
User Verification Requirement
Users remain solely responsible for independently verifying all notices, publications, announcements, alerts, and property-related information.
OCR, AI AND DATA PROCESSING
Automated Data Processing Disclaimer
The Platform may utilise optical character recognition (OCR) systems, artificial intelligence systems, machine learning technologies, translation tools, extraction engines, classification systems, mapping engines, metadata generation systems, and other automated or semi-automated data processing technologies to collect, digitise, extract, organise, classify, standardise, analyse, index, archive, monitor, search, and display information derived from public sources.
Users acknowledge and agree that such technologies are inherently subject to limitations and may produce inaccuracies, omissions, inconsistencies, mistranslations, misclassifications, extraction errors, survey number mapping errors, village mapping errors, location mapping errors, metadata inaccuracies, database inconsistencies, historical archival errors, AI-generated inaccuracies, and other processing-related errors. Accordingly, information made available through the Platform may not always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.
Users shall independently verify all information against the original source materials before relying upon or acting on the same. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, conflict, omission, or error between information displayed on the Platform and the original publication or source record, the original publication or source record shall prevail and be treated as the authoritative version.
OCR Error Disclaimer
The Platform may utilize Optical Character Recognition technologies. OCR processes may generate inaccuracies, omissions, distortions, formatting issues, recognition failures, character substitutions, incomplete extraction, or other errors.
AI Error Disclaimer
The Platform may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated classification systems, predictive systems, recommendation systems, or analytical technologies.Such technologies may generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, delayed, outdated, inconsistent, or erroneous outputs.
Translation Error Disclaimer
The Platform may process content through translation, transliteration, conversion, standardisation, summarisation, classification, extraction, or other transformation processes. Such processes may result in inaccuracies, omissions, formatting discrepancies, contextual variations, interpretational differences, or other unintended errors, for which the Company shall not be responsible.
Classification Error Disclaimer
The classification, categorisation, tagging, grouping, indexing, mapping, or organisation of properties, notices, surveys, legal records, and related information may contain inaccuracies, omissions, misclassifications, contextual errors, or other unintended discrepancies.
Mapping Error Disclaimer
Any maps, geospatial information, survey mappings, coordinates, boundary depictions, location references, parcel identifications, or geographical data displayed on the Platform are provided for informational and reference purposes only and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, positional deviations, outdated information, interpretational differences, or other errors. Such information shall not be treated as a substitute for official survey records, cadastral maps, government records, or professional surveying services.
Metadata Error Disclaimer
The Platform's metadata, including classifications, tags, categories, descriptions, identifiers, attributes, references, and related data points, may be generated or processed through manual or automated methodologies and may therefore contain inaccuracies, omissions, inconsistencies, outdated information, or interpretational discrepancies.
Historical Archive Error Disclaimer
The Historical Notice Archive may contain inaccuracies, omissions, inconsistencies, incomplete records, formatting discrepancies, transcription errors, digitisation errors, extraction errors, archival deficiencies, source material limitations, preservation issues, or other inaccuracies arising from the collection, storage, processing, indexing, or retrieval of historical records.
Automated Processing Disclaimer
Users acknowledge and agree that substantial portions of the Platform may rely upon automated technologies, software systems, machine learning systems, OCR engines, indexing systems, classification engines, monitoring systems, and AI-assisted processing systems, and that the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness of any automated output.
NOTICE UNLOCK AND CREDIT SYSTEM
Credits constitute a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable permission to access certain features, services, content, or functionalities of the Platform and shall have no monetary value, cash value, proprietary interest, or equivalent value outside the Platform.
Upon utilization of Credits for unlocking notices, accessing premium content, obtaining historical records, retrieving archived information, or accessing any paid feature or service, such Credits shall be deemed irrevocably consumed and exhausted, and shall not be reinstated, reversed, refunded, reissued, transferred, or otherwise restored under any circumstances.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce, modify, suspend, restrict, expire, cancel, revoke, or discontinue Credits, credit validity periods, usage limits, fair usage policies, promotional credits, bonus credits, subscription benefits, unlock mechanisms, and other credit-related features at any time without liability.
Credits may be suspended, restricted, forfeited, cancelled, or revoked in whole or in part in the event of fraud, abuse, misuse, unauthorised activity, policy violations, suspicious transactions, chargebacks, payment reversals, account suspension, account termination, legal compliance requirements, or any activity that the Company reasonably believes may adversely affect the integrity, security, operation, or commercial interests of the Platform.
USER ACCOUNTS
Account Registration
The Company may require Users to register an account in order to access certain features, services, subscriptions, archives, monitoring services, alert services, Vault services, enterprise services, or other functionalities available on the Platform. Users agree to provide complete, accurate, current, and truthful information during registration and throughout their use of the Platform.
Account Responsibility
Users shall be solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts, whether authorised or unauthorised, and shall ensure that their account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
Credential Security
Users shall maintain the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, authentication credentials, verification codes, API credentials, and all other account access information. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of User accounts.
Fraud Prevention
The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorised activities relating to any account.
Identity Verification
The Company may require identity verification, address verification, mobile verification, email verification, documentary verification, or other authentication procedures before granting access to certain services.
KYC Rights
The Company reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC), due diligence, compliance verification, anti-fraud verification, and risk assessment procedures at any time.
Suspension Rights
The Company may suspend, restrict, freeze, limit, or deactivate any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a User has violated these Terms, applicable law, or Platform policies.
Termination Rights
The Company may terminate any User account without liability where continuation of such account may expose the Platform, other Users, or third parties to legal, regulatory, operational, reputational, security, or commercial risk.
CREDITS, UNLOCKS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Credits Non-Refundable
All Credits purchased, allocated, granted, awarded, earned, or otherwise made available to Users shall be non-refundable except where expressly required under applicable law.
Credits Non-Transferable
Credits are personal to the User account and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, gifted, exchanged, pledged, or otherwise disposed of.
Credits Non-Redeemable
Credits are virtual access units issued solely for facilitating access to certain Platform features and services. Credits have no intrinsic, monetary, exchange, refund, transfer, resale, or redemption value and shall not be construed as currency, digital assets, securities, property, or any other form of legal tender or financial instrument.
Unlock Irreversible
Once a notice, archive record, document, report, dataset, or other content has been unlocked using Credits or subscriptions, such transaction shall be deemed final and irreversible.
Subscription Modification Rights
The Company reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing structures, features, usage limits, benefits, entitlements, service levels, and commercial terms at any time.
Subscription Non-Refund Policy
Except where expressly required by law, all subscription fees shall be non-refundable.
Fair Usage Limits
The Company may impose reasonable usage limits, access limits, download limits, monitoring limits, storage limits, API limits, or operational limits.
NOTICE UPLOAD POLICY
User Authority Warranty
By uploading any content to the Platform, the User represents and warrants that they are duly authorised to do so and possess all rights, permissions, licenses, approvals, and legal authority necessary for such upload, publication, storage, processing, and dissemination, and that the content is lawful and does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or proprietary rights of any person.
Copyright Compliance
Users shall not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, database rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other proprietary rights
User Responsibility
Users shall remain solely responsible for all uploaded notices, documents, records, announcements, and related content.
Content Moderation Rights
The Company may review, classify, filter, reject, suspend, remove, edit, or moderate uploaded content.
Repeat Violator Suspension
Users repeatedly violating intellectual property rights, Platform policies, or applicable laws may be suspended or permanently removed.
Takedown Rights
The Company may remove content immediately upon receipt of complaints, court orders, government directives, regulatory notices, or credible infringement allegations.
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT POLICY
User Responsibility
Users shall bear sole responsibility for any Public Announcement published through the Platform.
Verification Disclaimer
The Company does not verify the factual accuracy, legality, authenticity, authority, completeness, or validity of Public Announcements.
Illegal Content Restriction
Users shall not publish, submit, or disseminate any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, infringing, harmful, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law, including content that misrepresents property rights, ownership, title, possession, legal status, or other material facts.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to reject, restrict, suspend, edit, remove, disable access to, or permanently delete any Public Announcement that may violate applicable law, third-party rights, court orders, regulatory requirements, Platform policies, or these Terms.
EmergencyRemoval Rights
The Company may immediately remove any Public Announcement where it reasonably believes removal is necessary.
Company Moderation Rights
The Company may moderate, classify, organise, suppress, remove, archive, or restrict access to any Public Announcement.
OBJECTION POLICY
User Sole Responsibility
Users shall remain solely responsible for all objections submitted through the Platform.
False Objection Prohibited
Users shall not submit, publish, file, or otherwise make available any objection that they know, or reasonably ought to know, is false, misleading, inaccurate, fabricated, fraudulent, or unsupported by a bona fide factual basis.
Malicious Objection Prohibited
Users shall not submit objections intended to harass, intimidate, threaten, obstruct, delay, or harm any person.
Defamatory Content Prohibited
Users shall not submit, publish, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is defamatory, libelous, disparaging, misleading, malicious, abusive, or otherwise likely to harm the reputation, goodwill, rights, or legitimate interests of any person or entity.
Fraudulent Submission Prohibited
Users shall ensure that all submissions are made in their true identity and with proper authority and shall not impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim authority or representation, or submit any forged, fabricated, altered, misleading, or fraudulent document, record, declaration, or supporting material.
Removal Rights
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without assuming any obligation to do so, to review, reject, remove, suppress, de-index, archive, restrict access to, or otherwise take action in respect of any objection that it considers unlawful, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, unsupported, non-compliant, or otherwise inappropriate.
User Indemnity
Users shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, disputes, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to any objection submitted by them, including claims alleging that such objection is false, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, unlawful, or otherwise infringes the rights or interests of any person.
ADVOCATE DIRECTORY
Independent Professional Disclaimer
The Advocate Directory serves solely as an informational and discovery tool. All advocates listed therein are independent legal professionals acting in their individual capacities and are not employees, partners, agents, representatives, affiliates, contractors, or authorised representatives of the Company. The inclusion of any advocate in the Advocate Directory shall not be construed as an endorsement, recommendation, certification, referral, or approval by the Company.
No Qualification Guarantee
The Company does not guarantee qualifications, credentials, enrolment status, experience, competence, integrity, ethics, expertise, or suitability of any advocate.
No Result Guarantee
The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome, success, effectiveness, quality, suitability, or results of any legal services provided by advocates listed in the Advocate Directory, and shall not be responsible for any legal outcome, decision, settlement, judgment, or other result arising therefrom.
No Success Guarantee
The Company shall not be responsible for, and makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee concerning, the success, outcome, effectiveness, quality, or results of any legal services rendered by advocates listed on the Platform.
No Advocate Endorsement
The inclusion of any advocate in the Advocate Directory is solely for informational and discovery purposes and shall not constitute or imply any endorsement, recommendation, referral, certification, verification, approval, sponsorship, guarantee, or representation by the Company concerning such advocate, their qualifications, professional competence, experience, conduct, suitability, or legal services.
No Company Liability
Any relationship, engagement, communication, consultation, transaction, or professional arrangement between a User and an advocate listed in the Advocate Directory shall be solely between such parties. The Company shall not be responsible for and shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of any legal services, advice, representations, conduct, omissions, fees, disputes, negligence, professional misconduct, or other acts or omissions of such advocate.
VAULT SERVICES
User Backup Responsibility
Users shall be solely responsible for maintaining secure, complete, and up-to-date backup copies of all documents, records, files, data, and other content stored through the Vault or any other Platform service and acknowledge that the Platform is not intended to serve as the sole repository, archive, preservation mechanism, or disaster recovery solution for such content.
No Storage Guarantee
The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any documents, records, files, data, or other content stored through the Vault or any other Platform service will remain continuously available, accessible, preserved, retained, recoverable, secure, or free from interruption, deletion, corruption, loss, technological failure, or unauthorised access.
No Recovery Guarantee
The Company does not guarantee the recovery, restoration, reconstruction, retrieval, replacement, or continued availability of any documents, records, files, data, or other content that has been deleted, corrupted, damaged, lost, altered, rendered inaccessible, or otherwise affected by technical failures, user actions, cyber incidents, third-party service disruptions, or other events.
No Data Loss Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, deletion, destruction, alteration, unauthorised access, unavailability, inaccessibility, or failure to recover any documents, records, files, data, or other content stored, processed, transmitted, archived, or maintained through the Vault or any other Platform service, irrespective of the cause, including technical failures, software defects, hardware failures, cyber incidents, third-party service disruptions, user actions, or force majeure events.
No Cyber Incident Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs, expenses, data loss, unauthorised disclosures, security compromises, service interruptions, or other adverse consequences arising out of or relating to cyber incidents, malware, ransomware, hacking, phishing, data breaches, unauthorised access, network intrusions, denial-of-service attacks, vulnerabilities in third-party systems, cloud service failures, or other security-related events, notwithstanding the implementation of reasonable security measures by the Company.
PROPERTY LISTINGS
Third-Party Information Disclaimer
Property Listings may contain information, documents, descriptions, images, maps, specifications, ownership claims, location details, pricing information, and other content obtained from users, property owners, brokers, developers, public records, governmental publications, third-party databases, or other external sources. Such information may not be independently verified by the Company and should be independently reviewed and verified by Users before reliance or use.
No Ownership Verification
The Company does not verify, investigate, confirm, authenticate, certify, or guarantee the ownership, title, possession, authority to sell, beneficial interest, occupancy status, transferability, inheritance rights, or any other legal or proprietary rights relating to any property listed on the Platform, and Users shall independently verify all such matters before relying upon any Property Listing.
No Accuracy Guarantee
The Company does not verify and makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, legality, validity, availability, reliability, suitability, marketability, condition, ownership status, pricing, location details, or timeliness of any Property Listing, and Users shall independently verify all information before relying upon or acting on such listing.
Suspicious Listing Removal Rights
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove, restrict, suspend, suppress, archive, de-index, modify metadata relating to, or otherwise take action in respect of any Property Listing that it believes may be inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, unauthorised, disputed, suspicious, non-compliant, or otherwise inconsistent with the integrity, security, or objectives of the Platform.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Historical Notice Archive Ownership
The Historical Notice Archive, its structure, organisation, compilation, arrangement, indexing methodology, and proprietary enhancements shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Structured Database Ownership
The structured database architecture, database schema, data models, relational structures, indexing systems, organisational frameworks, compilation methodologies, and all associated intellectual property rights therein, whether existing now or developed in the future, shall remain the sole, exclusive, and proprietary property of the Company.
Metadata Ownership
Metadata generated, organised, enhanced, derived, standardised, classified, processed, or created by the Platform shall belong exclusively to the Company.
Search Index Ownership
The search index, search architecture, indexing frameworks, retrieval systems, search methodologies, ranking mechanisms, search algorithms, organisational structures, and all associated intellectual property rights, whether existing now or developed in the future, shall remain the sole, exclusive, and proprietary property of the Company.
Survey Mapping Engine Ownership
The Survey Mapping Engine, geospatial processing systems, survey correlation methodologies, mapping frameworks, location intelligence systems, mapping algorithms, spatial analysis tools, and all associated intellectual property rights, whether existing now or developed in the future, shall remain the sole, exclusive, and proprietary property of the Company.
Alert Engine Ownership
The Alert Engine, alert-generation methodologies, notification systems, monitoring frameworks, detection mechanisms, event-trigger systems, alert-processing technologies, and all associated intellectual property rights, whether existing now or developed in the future, shall remain the sole, exclusive, and proprietary property of the Company.
Risk Engine Ownership
Any Risk Engine, risk-scoring systems, analytical methodologies, predictive models, assessment frameworks, data evaluation systems, decision-support technologies, and all associated intellectual property rights, whether existing now or developed in the future, shall remain the sole, exclusive, and proprietary property of the Company.
OCR Outputs
Subject to applicable law, OCR outputs, derived datasets, structured records, classifications, metadata, and enhancements generated by the Platform shall constitute proprietary Platform assets.
Classification Systems
All classification systems, categorisation methodologies, tagging frameworks, organisational structures, taxonomic models, indexing classifications, and all associated intellectual property rights, whether existing now or developed in the future, shall remain the sole, exclusive, and proprietary property of the Company.
Data Architecture
All Platform data architecture, data models, data structures, organisational frameworks, storage methodologies, processing systems, information hierarchies, relational structures, and all associated intellectual property rights, whether existing now or developed in the future, shall remain the sole, exclusive, and proprietary property of the Company.
Taxonomies
All taxonomies, categorisation structures, classification frameworks, organisational hierarchies, semantic models, data organisation methodologies, and all associated intellectual property rights, whether existing now or developed in the future, shall remain the sole, exclusive, and proprietary property of the Company.
Monitoring Systems
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Company's monitoring systems, monitoring methodologies, detection frameworks, watchlist technologies, tracking systems, monitoring workflows, and associated intellectual property rights shall vest exclusively in the Company.
Proprietary Workflows
All proprietary workflows, operational methodologies, processing frameworks, decision trees, automation logic, business processes, and system workflows utilised by the Platform shall remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Platform Architecture
The Platform architecture, system architecture, software architecture, technical infrastructure, database architecture, design frameworks, integrations, configurations, and underlying structural components of the Platform shall remain the exclusive proprietary property of the Company.
ANTI-SCRAPING AND ANTI-COMPETITION PROTECTION
Users shall not scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, mirror, extract, download, reproduce, mine, aggregate, capture, index, store, republish, or otherwise exploit Platform data through automated means.
Users shall not recreate, replicate, reverse engineer, reconstruct, reproduce, or derive the Company's databases, archives, indexes, classifications, metadata systems, monitoring systems, OCR outputs, alert systems, analytics systems, or business models.
Users shall not use Platform data for AI model training, machine learning model development, synthetic dataset generation, competitive intelligence activities, commercial database creation, or competing services.
The Company reserves all rights and remedies available under contract law, copyright law, database rights, trade secret law, unfair competition law, and applicable laws.
API AND ENTERPRISE PROTECTION
API Restrictions
Users shall access API Services solely in accordance with documentation, technical specifications, usage limitations, and licensing terms prescribed by the Company. Users shall not circumvent, bypass, manipulate, interfere with, overload, or misuse API Services.
Integration Restrictions
Users shall not integrate the Platform or API Services with any unlawful, deceptive, competing, infringing, harmful, malicious, or unauthorised system.
Enterprise Licensing Rights
Enterprise Services shall be governed by separate commercial agreements, enterprise licences, statements of work, subscription schedules, pricing arrangements, and service-specific terms as determined by the Company.
Access Suspension Rights
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, throttle, revoke, or terminate API or Enterprise access at any time where continued access may result in legal, regulatory, operational, commercial, technical, reputational, security, or intellectual property risks.
BETA AND EXPERIMENTAL FEATURE
Experimental Feature Disclaimer
The Platform may make available beta, pilot, testing, preview, prototype, limited-release, experimental, AI-assisted, developmental, pre-release, or otherwise unfinished features, functionalities, services, products, tools, modules, algorithms, analytical systems, monitoring systems, or technologies that may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
No Warranty for Beta Services
Beta and experimental services are provided strictly on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of any kind and may contain bugs, defects, interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, security vulnerabilities, or operational failures.
SEARCH, DISCOVERY AND ANALYTICS SERVICES
Search Result Limitation
The Search results generated by the Platform may be limited by source availability, publication availability, indexing status, processing delays, archival coverage, technological limitations, data quality issues, or other factors, and the Company does not guarantee that such results will be complete, exhaustive, comprehensive, current, accurate, relevant, or free from omissions.
Ranking Rights
The Company may determine, modify, customise, personalise, reorder, prioritise, suppress, highlight, promote, demote, filter, classify, or otherwise organise search results using proprietary methodologies.
Indexing Delay Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee real-time indexing, processing, classification, archiving, monitoring, discovery, searchability, or availability of any content, notice, record, publication, or information, and Users acknowledge that delays, omissions, interruptions, backlog processing, and timing discrepancies may occur.
Discovery Limitation Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee that every notice, publication, record, property, survey number, advertisement, announcement, or public record will be discoverable through the Platform.
RISK SCORES AND ANALYTICS

Any Risk Scores, analytics, classifications, reports, indicators, rankings, flags, alerts, assessments, or similar outputs generated by the Platform are intended solely to assist Users in identifying potential areas for further review and do not constitute findings of fact, legal conclusions, professional opinions, or verified determinations.
No Legal Opinion
Risk Scores, analytics, classifications, reports, indicators, rankings, flags, alerts, assessments, predictions, recommendations, and other analytical outputs generated by the Platform are automated informational tools and do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, title opinions, title certifications, legal certifications, legal determinations, legal conclusions, professional legal services, or the practice of law.
No Investment Advice
No Risk Score, analytic output, classification, report, indicator, ranking, flag, alert, assessment, or similar output generated by the Platform shall be construed as investment advice, financial advice, wealth management advice, portfolio advice, acquisition recommendations, divestment recommendations, or investment recommendations of any kind.
No Professional Advice
The Platform, including all Risk Scores, analytics, classifications, reports, indicators, rankings, flags, alerts, assessments, monitoring outputs, search results, archival information, and other content, does not provide and shall not be construed as providing legal, accounting, engineering, valuation, surveying, investment, taxation, compliance, regulatory, financial, technical, or other professional advice, opinions, certifications, determinations, or services.
User Verification Requirement
Users shall independently review, verify, validate, and evaluate all Risk Scores, assessments, analytics, reports, indicators, rankings, flags, alerts, conclusions, and other analytical outputs generated or displayed by the Platform before relying upon, acting upon, or using the same for any legal, financial, investment, commercial, regulatory, lending, acquisition, title, ownership, property-related, or other decision.
USER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
The Users represent, warrant, and undertake that:
Accuracy Warranty
The User represents, warrants, and undertakes that all information, data, documents, records, declarations, submissions, and other materials provided to the Company or through the Platform shall be accurate, complete, current, authentic, lawful, and truthful, and shall not contain any false, misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
Authority Warranty
The User represents, warrants, and undertakes that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, approvals, licences, authority, legal capacity, and lawful entitlement required to access and use the Platform, create an account, submit information, publish content, request services, enter into transactions, and perform all activities undertaken through the Platform.
Authenticity Warranty
The User represents, warrants, and undertakes that all documents, notices, records, certificates, declarations, information, data, submissions, and other materials provided, submitted, uploaded, published, or made available through the Platform are genuine, authentic, accurate, valid, and lawfully obtained, and do not contain any forged, fabricated, manipulated, altered, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorised content.
Non-Infringement Warranty
The User represents, warrants, and undertakes that their access to and use of the Platform, and any information, documents, records, notices, content, submissions, communications, or activities undertaken through the Platform, shall not infringe, violate, misappropriate, dilute, interfere with, or otherwise adversely affect any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality rights, contractual rights, proprietary rights, database rights, moral rights, or any other rights or interests of any person or entity.
Legal Compliance Warranty
The User represents, warrants, and undertakes that they shall at all times comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, rules, notifications, circulars, directives, orders, judgments, governmental requirements, regulatory requirements, and lawful directions issued by any competent authority in connection with their access to, use of, and activities undertaken through the Platform.
ELECTRONIC CONSENT AND COMMUNICATIONS
Electronic Acceptance
Users acknowledge and agree that acceptance of these Terms, Policies, notices, disclosures, consents, or other agreements through electronic means, including by clicking acceptance buttons, creating an account, accessing the Platform, using any service, or otherwise indicating assent electronically, shall constitute valid, binding, enforceable, and legally effective consent equivalent to a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Email Communications
The Company may communicate with Users through email for the purposes of account administration, service delivery, transaction confirmations, alerts, notifications, updates, security communications, customer support, legal notices, regulatory disclosures, policy updates, and other Platform-related matters.
SMS Communications
The Company may communicate with Users through SMS for the purposes of account verification, authentication, service delivery, transaction confirmations, alerts, notifications, security communications, customer support, account administration, legal notices, regulatory disclosures, and other Platform-related matters.
WhatsApp Communications
The Company may communicate with Users through WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, instant messaging services, chat platforms, or similar messaging technologies for the purposes of account verification, service delivery, transaction confirmations, alerts, notifications, security communications, customer support, account administration, legal notices, regulatory disclosures, and other Platform-related matters.
Push Notifications
The Company may issue push notifications, in-application alerts, system notifications, banners, pop-up messages, reminders, warnings, announcements, and other electronic communications through the Platform for the purposes of service delivery, monitoring updates, alerts, account administration, security communications, transaction confirmations, customer support, legal notices, regulatory disclosures, policy updates, and other Platform-related matters.
Digital Records Validity
Electronic records, communications, logs, audit trails, acknowledgements, confirmations, consents, acceptances, transactions, system records, authentication records, and other electronically generated or maintained records created, stored, transmitted, or maintained by the Company or the Platform shall constitute valid, admissible, and legally enforceable evidence of the matters recorded therein, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND CONTENT REMOVAL
Rights Holder Complaints
Any copyright owner, intellectual property owner, publisher, newspaper, rights holder, or authorised representative may submit complaints regarding allegedly infringing content.
Review Procedure
The Company may review complaints and may request additional information, documents, evidence, or clarifications from any party as it deems necessary. The Company shall have sole discretion regarding the scope, manner, timing, and outcome of any review and shall not be obligated to take any particular action in response to any complaint.
Temporary Removal
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, temporarily disable, restrict, remove, suppress, block, de-index, or otherwise limit access to any disputed content pending review, investigation, resolution of a complaint, receipt of additional information, or compliance with applicable law.
Permanent Removal
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without liability, permanently remove, de-index, restrict, suppress, or disable access to any content where it determines such action to be appropriate, necessary, or desirable for legal, regulatory, operational, security, intellectual property, or Platform integrity purposes.
Counter Notice Procedure
Affected Users may submit a counter-notice together with such evidence, documentation, authorizations, declarations, or supporting materials as the Company may reasonably require for review.
ABUSE PREVENTION AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY
Multiple Account Restriction
Users shall not create, maintain, control, or operate multiple accounts for deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, unlawful, competitive, or circumvention purposes, including to evade restrictions, usage limits, enforcement actions, subscription requirements, or Platform policies.
Credit Abuse Restriction
Users shall not exploit, manipulate, transfer, duplicate, circumvent, abuse, or otherwise misuse Credits, including through fraudulent activities, technical workarounds, unauthorized account sharing, system vulnerabilities, or any method intended to obtain Credits, services, or benefits improperly.
Alert Manipulation Restriction
Users shall not interfere with, manipulate, disrupt, impair, disable, circumvent, overload, misuse, or otherwise adversely affect the operation, integrity, reliability, security, delivery, or functionality of any Alert Services.
Security Abuse Restriction
Users shall not attempt to access, probe, test, compromise, circumvent, interfere with, disrupt, damage, disable, or otherwise undermine the security, integrity, availability, confidentiality, or operation of the Platform, its systems, networks, databases, accounts, APIs, or related infrastructure.
Reverse Engineering Restriction
Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, analyze, decode, derive source code from, or otherwise attempt to discover underlying technologies.
DATA SOURCES AND ATTRIBUTION FRAMEWORK
Public Sources
The Platform may collect, access, monitor, retrieve, process, organize, classify, archive, analyze, and display information obtained from publicly available sources, publicly accessible records, publications, announcements, notices, databases, websites, and other lawful information sources.
Multiple Source Processing
The Platform may collect, combine, integrate, organize, classify, structure, enrich, standardize, correlate, and analyze information obtained from multiple sources for indexing, discovery, monitoring, and informational purposes.
Standardization Rights
The Company may standardize, format, normalize, classify, categorize, structure, and otherwise process data, including its formats, classifications, structures, metadata, categories, descriptions, and attributes, for consistency, indexing, and Platform functionality.
Metadata Creation Rights
All metadata, classifications, derived datasets, enhancements, standardizations, aggregations, and analytical outputs generated, created, or derived by the Platform shall be the exclusive property of the Company.
Original Source Supremacy
In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, omission, inconsistency, ambiguity, or interpretational variation between the Platform content and the original source, the original source shall prevail and shall be treated as final and authoritative.
USER FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS
Voluntary Submission
The Feedback, suggestions, ideas, proposals, recommendations, comments, and improvement requests submitted by Users shall be deemed voluntary, non-confidential, and provided on a non-binding basis. The Company shall have no obligation to acknowledge, review, implement, respond to, or act upon any such submissions.
Usage Rights
Users hereby grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, proposals, recommendations, or comments submitted by Users, for any purpose including product development, service improvement, research, commercialization, and operational use, without any obligation of attribution or compensation.
Improvement Rights
The Company may use, incorporate, analyze, and otherwise exploit any feedback for product development, research, testing, enhancement, optimization, commercialization, improvement, innovation, training, and operational purposes, including for the development of existing or future features, services, technologies, and business offerings, without any obligation to notify the User or obtain further consent.
No Compensation Obligation
Users acknowledge and agree that they shall not be entitled to any compensation, consideration, royalty, fee, credit, or other payment of any kind for any feedback, suggestions, ideas, proposals, recommendations, or comments submitted to the Company, regardless of whether such feedback is used, implemented, modified, or commercialized in whole or in part.
BUSINESS CONTINUITY
Service Modification Rights
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, modify, expand, restrict, discontinue, redesign, replace, suspend, or restructure any service, feature, functionality, or component of the Platform, whether on a temporary or permanent basis, for any reason including operational, technical, legal, regulatory, commercial, or security considerations.
Service Suspension Rights
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or temporarily or permanently discontinue any service, feature, or functionality of the Platform, in whole or in part, for any reason including operational, technical, maintenance, security, legal, regulatory, or commercial considerations.
Business Transfer Rights
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, transfer, assign, sell, license, novate, or otherwise dispose of Platform operations, assets, technology, databases, intellectual property, subscriptions, contracts, licenses, and other business interests, in whole or in part, to any third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, reorganization, or sale of business or assets.
Exit Protection
The Company shall have no obligation to maintain, continue, support, or preserve any specific feature, service, archive, subscription plan, technology, infrastructure, or operational model indefinitely, and may modify, replace, discontinue, or phase out the same at any time, whether temporarily or permanently, without prior notice or liability, subject to applicable law.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
User Indemnity
Users shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, affiliates, licensors, successors, assigns, agents, and service providers from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, expenses, legal fees, investigations, proceedings, demands, and actions arising out of:
User content such as uploaded notices, objections, public announcements;
User conduct;
violation of these Terms;
violation of applicable law;
infringement of third-party rights;
property disputes;
title disputes;
ownership disputes;
reliance upon User submissions;
misuse of Platform services;
Advocate Interactions;
Defamatory content
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the Company shall not exceed the lower of:
INR 1,000; or
the amount actually paid by the User to the Company during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No Consequential Damages
The Company shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, speculative, remote, or economic damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform or any services provided thereunder.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any failure, delay, interruption, suspension, or inability to perform its obligations arising out of or attributable to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation natural disasters, acts of God, cyber incidents, hacking or security breaches, acts of government or regulatory authorities, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labor disputes, infrastructure or utility failures, communication or network disruptions, system outages, pandemics, or any other force majeure events.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or obligation arising out of or in connection herewith, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This governing law provision shall apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
Arbitration and Arbitration Procedure
Any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration seated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration provisions set out herein, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any proceedings for interim relief, enforcement of arbitral awards, or other ancillary or supportive judicial proceedings.
Survival Clause
Provisions relating to intellectual property rights, ownership, licenses, indemnity, limitation of liability, disclaimers, confidentiality, dispute resolution, governing law, payment obligations, accrued rights and liabilities, and any other provisions which by their nature or express terms are intended to survive shall survive the termination, suspension, or expiration of these Terms and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter.
Claim Limitation Period
Any claim, dispute, or legal proceeding against the Company arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform must be initiated within one (1) year from the date on which the cause of action first arose, failing which such claim shall be permanently barred to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
COLLECTIVE CLAIMS AND PROCEEDINGS
Individual Claims
Users agree that any claim, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be brought solely in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class member, representative, or participant in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding of any kind.
Separate Proceedings
Users hereby expressly and irrevocably waive any right to initiate, participate in, or be a member of any class action, representative action, collective proceeding, consolidated proceeding, or similar proceeding against the Company, whether in court or arbitration, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, unlawful, unenforceable, or void by a court or competent authority, such provision shall be severed to the extent of such invalidity, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and remain valid, binding, and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
WAIVER
Failure or delay by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms, or to exercise any right, power, or remedy hereunder, shall not constitute a waiver of such provision, right, power, or remedy, nor shall it operate as a waiver of any continuing or subsequent breach, and all such rights and remedies shall remain in full force and effect.
ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER
Merger Rights
The Company may assign, transfer, novate, or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with any merger, amalgamation, consolidation, corporate restructuring, or reorganization, without requiring prior notice to or consent from Users, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
Acquisition Rights
The Company may assign, transfer, novate, or otherwise dispose of its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with any acquisition, takeover, purchase, or transfer of business, assets, or ownership interests, without requiring prior notice to or consent from Users, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
Corporate Restructuring Rights
The Company may assign, transfer, novate, or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with any restructuring, reorganization, internal restructuring, business transfer, asset sale, spin-off, demerger, or similar corporate transaction, without requiring prior notice to or consent from Users, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Complete Agreement Clause
These Terms, together with all policies, guidelines, notices, and documents incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire, complete, and exclusive agreement between the User and the Company with respect to the use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Policy Incorporation Clause
The Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Grievance Policy, Subscription Policy, API Policy, and all other policies, guidelines, notices, rules, and procedural documents published or updated by the Company from time to time on the Platform shall be deemed incorporated into these Terms by reference and shall form an integral part hereof. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or discrepancy between such policies and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
FUTURE FEATURE COVERAGE
These Terms shall automatically apply to and govern all present and future services, products, features, and functionalities of the Platform, including without limitation AI Services, APIs, Enterprise Products, mobile applications, monitoring systems, risk engines, analytics engines, classification systems, and any other tools, modules, technologies, or offerings that may be introduced, modified, or developed by the Company from time to time, unless expressly governed by separate written agreements.
AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
Terms Update Rights
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice except as required under applicable law, amend, modify, update, replace, or otherwise revise these Terms at any time, and such revised Terms shall become effective upon publication or such other date as may be specified by the Company.
Policy Update Rights
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice except where required under applicable law, amend, modify, update, replace, or otherwise revise any associated policies, guidelines, rules, or procedural documents at any time, and such revised policies shall become effective upon publication on the Platform or on such other date as may be specified by the Company.
Continued Use Acceptance
Continued access to or use of the Platform after the publication, posting, or communication of revised Terms shall constitute deemed acceptance of such revised Terms by the User, and the User shall be bound by the updated Terms in full, as amended from time to time.
FUTURE FEATURES
These Terms shall automatically apply to and govern all future services, features, functionalities, products, technologies, modules, enhancements, and offerings introduced by the Company from time to time, including APIs, enterprise solutions, mobile applications, artificial intelligence systems, risk engines, analytics tools, professional directories, data services, monitoring services, B2B products, and other current or future Platform offerings, unless expressly governed by separate terms and conditions published by the Company.
